-a country where we are free to be, to meet, to talk, to live & worship God.
-knowing Jesus as my Lord and as my Saviour.
-knowing with all certainity where I will spend eternity.
-to live in peace.
-having enough of all life's essentials.
-my kids & grandsons.
-parents who love me.
-prayer.
-peace.
-health.
-good friends & encouragers... & challengers when need be.
-being part of the family of God.
-camp ministries... seeing staff & campers move closer to God.
-the church family & small group Bible studies.
-people that allow me to be real in their presence.
-love, laughter & fun times.
-those difficult times God uses to teach me more of Himself.
-nature: wide open spaces, praires & valleys, mountains & daisies.
-springtime... & even more summer.
-holidays & times of refreshment: physically, emotionally & spiritually.
-those who have modelled before me what it means to serve & follow Jesus.
-intentional & authentic relationships.
-pizza, cheese & crackers, dill pickels, peanut butter... & yes, diet pepsi.
-accountability groups that help me live out those things most important.
-the ministry of music & choruses.
-email, facebook & Sasktel bundles helping me connect to family & friends far away.
-sound & wise teaching.
-cultures & those things that make each distinct & special.
-balance in my life... & when I accomplish it.
-our senses... taste, touch, hearing, sight, smell.
-fruit of the Spirit... love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness & self control.
-friends of all ages.
-medicine, doctor's care & God's healing touch... however He chooses to work.
-the knowledge that God always knows best.
-children's laughter... & ours too
-acts of kindness.
-sharing "light bulb" moments of understanding.
-melting snow.
-churches that teach God's Truth... in full.
-people who don't waste time... when there's much to be done.
-relationships that go deeper.
-those I respect & trust.
-those sold out to God; trusting Him to accomplish through them more than they could ever do.
-a cool breeze on a warm day.
-people you can count on...
-thoughtfulness gifts... more thought than money.
-people who say they will pray... & then do...
-cordless & wireless stuff.
-sleeping in when I'm tired.
-feeling "normal" after a cold.
-popcorn suppers on Sunday nites.
-times of anticipation.
-understanding...
-people who say what they think... in caring ways...
-second chances...
-rainbows & promises.
-people who paint the lines on roads & highways.
-walks along beaches & sunsets.
-good deals.
-computers & vehicles working as expected.
-opportunities to work in the areas of my gifts & passions.
-those who push me to excel.
-having enough & being content.
-understanding myself & being ok with that.
-recognizing God gifts & what they can accomplish.
-optimists & people with vision.
-the excitement God brings into lives who trust Him.
-my calendar & how it keeps my life in order.
-order & the good feeling it brings.
-freedom to try new things.
-hot showers.
-suitcases that roll.
-fun surprises that come our way.
-fresh vegetables.
-a humble spirit.
-people who volunteer to serve God in His church... & in His camp...
-friends you can ask to pray... for just about anything.
-those who purpose to serve God & stand for Him... no matter what.
-the chorus: Blessed Be The Name... which says it all.
-God's surprises & His timing.
-friends who phone or email.
-a happy birthday song phone call from those who remembered; just a bit early.
-unexpected packages in the mail.
-seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
-times I sense God's hand in the midst of the problem instead of at the end... looking back.
-times of reflection.
-finding a good deal.
-helping another.
-seeing the bigger picture.
-sensing & casting vision.
-bringing friends together & seeing new friendships begin.
-starlit nights & the vastness of the prairies.
-a suitcase in my room & the anticipation it brings.
-the feeling that accompanies obedience.
-gifts of sacrifice not just surplus.
-"normal" after a bad day.
-skylines whether big or small.
-abilities & gifts and that feeling of being successful.
